Welcome to our website! As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at (413) 243-0690 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

PAYMENTS:

Henry’s Electric, Inc. (HEI) accepts most major credit and debit cards. Personal checks are accepted. The customer will be responsible for any fees and/or bank charges incurred by HEI due to a check being returned for insufficient funds. For payments made via a credit card over the phone, the customer must provide the name on the card, expiration date, 3-4 digit security code, address and zip code for the card. These are required by our processing company.All outstanding balances must be paid prior to pick up or delivery of merchandise.

REFUNDS:

Refunds will be issued in the manner in which the origin sale was made, except if payment was made in cash. If paid for in cash, refunds will be made with a HEI check for our records. For merchandise that was purchased with a credit card, the refund will be issued against the credit card that was used for the original charge. Please note, that how soon the customer will see the refund on his statement will be subject to the cardholder’s individual card company.

SALES & DISCOUNTS:

Sales and discounts are subject to change at any time at HEI’s discretion. Sales and discounts do not include every brand, make or model. Please be sure to check with your sales representative to find out what sales and discounts are available and apply to the product that you are purchasing.

PRICE MATCHING:

Price matching is at the sole discretion of HEI. HEI will do our best to accommodate our customers with the best pricing we can offer on our merchandise at the time of sale. We will do our best to match local retailers on identical products during the same sale period and within a reasonable mileage zone from HEI in Lee, MA. Please be aware that HEI is bound by manufacturer and distributor regulations regarding price matching, which in some cases may prevent HEI to be able to match a competitor’s price.

PRODUCT AND PRICING INACCURACIES:

HEI takes every precaution to accurately price our product both in the showroom and on our website. However, mistakes do occur. HEI reserves the right to refuse the sale of a product that is miss-priced. HEI also reserves the right to correct any errors at our complete and sole discretion.

RETURNS:

All returns are at the sole discretion of HEI and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be reported to HEI within 7 days of delivery/pickup and the unit/s must be returned within 15 working days from the date of delivery/pickup. HEI reserves the right to inspect the product prior to return. If HEI agrees to take back the unit/s, it must be in the original condition and in the original packaging. Special order product: Special order items, which will be determined and brought to the customer’s attention at the time of sale, are NON-REFUNDABLE. Because of its special order status, if HEI does agree to take back a special order unit, the restocking fee will be a minimum of 30% plus any shipping fees incurred to return to the manufacturer.

CONSUMER REBATES:

Consumer rebates may be available on some products sold by HEI. In most cases, the sales representatives can alert the customer to the availability of these rebated. These rebates are manufacturer’s rebates and are not associated with HEI. If the sales representative finds a rebate on product that is being purchased, he/she will print the rebate forms for the customer.It is the sole responsibility of the customer to read and adhere to the terms of the rebate terms, including submission information and postmark dates. HEI does not accept any responsibility financially for forms that are not submitted in a timely basis.

STORAGE:

Product will be held for 30-days free of charge from the original date of delivery. After that date, customer will be charged at a rate of $.50 per piece per day for storage fees until delivery is made.

DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION:

HEI utilizes manufacturer/factory trained professional delivery and installation technicians. Our technicians receive training throughout the year to keep up with the newest products. It is their discretion to install or not install product in which legal/to code hook ups are not available. If hookups are not up to code and the installers need to return to install product in which the hookups were not ready, additional charges could apply at the discretion of management.

If HEI is going to drop the units off for others to install, HEI will not accept responsibility for installations that we did not perform. For any issues that arise out of improper installation, the customer will need to call the person/company who installed the product for resolution.

When HEI drops off product, the units are delivered in their original packaging. At the time of delivery, the customer has the option to request that the installation crew open the product for concealed damage. If not opened at time of delivery, the customer has 24 hours to report any concealed damage on the dropped of product.
