We had a Fridgidaire laundry center that started leaking water after 7 years. It also did not clean clothes as well as we would like. So far the Electrolux has been great. It cleans the clothes way better and is even a little quieter. Our laundry is upstairs and we have an old house. So the only downside so far is that we can't use the higher spin cycles in the washing machine because it starts to shake the house too much when spinning fast.

I strongly suggest not to purchase this product because of the poor quality and lack of support on repair based on my personal experience. I ordered this product on 1/13/2025, and until today (3/13/2025) I still don't have a functioning dryer. Below is a list of all my terrible experiences after ordering the product:- Even though on the order confirmation it said the laundry tower will be delivered on 1/20, it got pushed to 1/28 for no reason. - We used our dryer in the coming weekend, 1/31 and 2/1, and it started making very sharp noises after only 4 loads.- I called the customer service on 2/3, and a technician came the next day, 2/4. However, the dryer didn't get fixed. What I got was that he had to replace some parts and come back again with new parts.- I started to receive boxes for parts, and I got a text message saying another appointment was scheduled on 2/12 - On 2/12, I got a call saying the appointment was canceled because one more box should be delivered- The following week, week of 2/17, I finally received the final box, so I called to schedule an appointment, but the earliest day available was 3/3 8AM-12PM.- On 3/3, I waited the whole morning and even called at 11:30AM to confirm whether the technician will come. I was told the technician will come soon in the call, but eventually the appointment was cancelled. I called immediately to reschedule and got it changed to 3/7.- On 3/6, I got a text message saying the appointment was cancelled. I called again to the phone number in the text, and the earliest appointment I was told was 3/17. I called Electrolux customer service again and magically got an earlier appointment on 3/10.- On 3/10, a technician finally showed up! It had been over a month since the last technician showed up. After the repair, he said the dryer should be fixed and wanted us to wait 24 hours for some glue to dry. He never mentioned another appointment is needed.- On 3/11, we waited more than 24 hours and started the dryer. The sharp noises were gone, but the dryer started making some terrible loud noises instead. We decided to wait for one more day.- On 3/12, the dryer noises got worse- On 3/13, I called the customer service, and the earliest appointment I can get was 3/24. In the call, I was told that the technician put on the notes that they still have to come and replace some parts. However, we were never told and wouldn't have known if I didn't call again.Then I'm here posting this review. It had been a very very very frustrating experience working with them. They never followed up throughout the whole process! I had to be the one to call them proactively to make the next appointment happen, which makes me feel they don't even care. At first I can't imagine how a brand new product can break so easily, and then I am amazed how incompetent the company is to fix a brand new product. To this day I still don't know when my dryer will get fix, so I really don't recommend this product to anyone. It's really not worth it no matter what.

This is a great laundry tower for families with short kids. Other systems that are simply stackable, with the buttons on top, which let™€™s be honest - I™€™d probably have a hard time reaching too!! This cleans so well, is very quiet (once balanced) and needs so much less soap. So there™€™s savings of space, time and money spent on soap and energy.

When my 7-year-old front-load stackable washer bit the dust, I was able to get this Electrolux tower delivered the next day! I have now been using it for two weeks, and I am thrilled with my purchase! Since I live in an apartment/condo, the machine is located in a laundry closet by my kitchen/great room. It is sooo quiet. How nice to be able to watch TV or listen to music without the noise of my old set! Also, the lighted touch controls are right up front and within reach for both the washer and the dryer. Most stackables have the dryer controls at the top, which makes them not only hard to see but also hard to reach. Also, the washing dispenser drawer for bleach and fabric softener are labeled with large white letters, which can be easily viewed in a dark closet. I appreciate the availability of shorter cycles that still get my clothes very clean as well as the longer cycles for stains and deep cleaning. I think my whites are whiter and my colors brighter with this machine. It spins nicely, without the constant rebalancing my old machine would do, and I'm happy to report reduced drying time because of its efficient spin cycle. I also really like the lint trap on the dryer. It catches everything and is easy to clean. Finally, the machines are quite attractive and sleek looking. I really love everything about this laundry tower!

Laundry_Tower_delivery was tough

Delivery of the Lundry tower was difficult. 1st delivery had damage on the sides and the rear and was rejected. The 2nd delivery also had damage on the side and the rear. However, after talking to Home Depot, being assured that machine is still covered under Warranty, I accepted the delivery. After connecting and running, the dryer made a horrendous noise. From observation, it was obvious that the side panel that was damaged was rubbing against the dryer drum. I was able to remove the top and press out the side away from the drum, and now the dryer works perfectly. Of course, the side panel is bent and creased, but where it's placed, can't see the side anyway. Overall, at this time, the machine is working correctly, and we are happy with its features and how well is washes and dries.

My wife and I were recently in need of a new dryer and decided to change out the washer as well, since both appliances were close in age. With a lot of research we decided on the all in one Electrolux tower. It works like a DREAM. We have a lot of pets and it takes out all the pet hair with no problem. It is also extremely quiet. I would say that my only issue with it, is having to wipe it down after each wash due to all the hair coming off the clothes, but that just might be a me problem.

Horrible experience - terrible dryer

I purchased this based on a recommendation and have had nothing but issues. The dryer takes multiple cycles and the clothes remain slightly damp. The 15 minute dry (which is why I bought it) is a joke. If you swing a wet shirt around for 15 minutes, it will be more dry than what I get from this unit. And yep, I've called for service 3 times, and 3 times I am told by the repairmen that there are no error codes, so everything works correctly. They ignore the damp clothing that just completed a cycle - so the human's experience is less important than what the robot says. I'm so so disappointed.

Suboptimal experience

Not a good experience. The main reason for purchasing this tower was because the doors are reversible. I also decided to purchase directly from Electrolux for the convenience factor. The first problem came when I got notice that it was going to take four (4) weeks to deliver the washer and dryer tower. This was 4 weeks exactly from the date of purchase. I called to double check as this must have been a mistake. I was informed not. That this was the best they could do. Insanity. I then decided to cancel the purchase from Electrolux and purchase from a big box store. As of this date, I still have not received the refund to my credit card. 10 days now. The big box store was able to deliver the next unit I purchased in an orderly manner. I received it Monday morning this week. I began the process of installation. I followed the instructions by the letter. Reversing the washer door went perfectly. When I was completing the reversal of the dryer door, turning the last screw in the door, the glass shattered in a million pieces. I was distraught. I immediately called Electrolux. I was on hold for 45 minutes. I was informed the problem was my fault, and that I would have to pay for the new glass door insert. Considering I had not done laundry for weeks now, I asked to pay extra for expedited 2 day shipping. Today is day 4 of the 2 day shipping I paid extra for. I hope the glass arrives today so I can finally complete a load of laundry. I wish anyone purchasing this product better luck. I would hope to give a better rating. I can™€™t because I still haven™€™t been able to use the product yet. Don™€™t purchase directly from Electrolux. They don™€™t have it together enough to deliver their product in a timely fashion.

Fail door will not open

My old machine lasted for 8 years. This on did not make it to 8 weeks. Supper great idea 2 in 1 looks good too. But that™€™s it. I called the warranty people and they™€™re coming out in 4 days I hope. So my dryer works but not the washer. The items in side are still wet. So I hope when we get the door open there not ruined! Not happy!!

The unit takes a bit of getting used to...and I am still trying. I will read the manual further (I have very little free time) to see if the quirks I am experiencing get cleared up

I have been using this washer for 1week and so far it has been great. I'm still learning all the settings but I have only 1 complaint, the windows, they guilt me into finishing my laundry because I can see it sitting there unfolded!

Love my Electrolux Tower

I love my washer and dryer tower! This is my first stackable and my first front load washing machine. I am so pleased with the large capacity of both the washer and dryer and so thankful I didn't have to settle for something smaller. I can wash large loads with ease! The spin cycle is amazing and so efficient. The dryer is very large and my laundry comes out dry and smelling so clean! I chose this one due to a sale but I'm glad that I did! I am impressed and recommend!
