Microwave was great, until it completely died after 8 months. Now we are having to deal with customer service in the Atlanta area to complete a repair and it is terrible. Incorrect parts ordered or shipped, and now an appointment cancelled at the beginning of time window when the tech was supposed to be there, very few options for rescheduling. Now 3 weeks with a big empty space above my pretty bosch stove and no microwave, when we are about to have a house full of guests for several days. Not good.

Still new to us but so far, the microwave works well, it looks nice and finish matches our Bosch dishwasher. Happy to use the have it. Have not yet tried the convection oven feature.

This is a very nice microwave and convection. It operates very easily too, but we have a Contour Microwave Convection in our RV. I had to affix the language sepecific decal at the bottom and because it is black lettering the settings are hard to see, but we learn the shorthand.
The LED panel could be backlit and that would help find the settings more easily in a darkened room or early in the morning darkness. Exhaust fan has 4 settings and it is setup as a direct to outside vent so I assume it would do the job for most high end ranges that are standard widths.

Not thrilled that the 800 series microwave doesn't match the quality of the 800 series black stainless steel dishwasher and 800 series induction black stainless steel stove, were as the display on the on the dishwasher and stove are hard plastic touch controls. The microwave has a cheap sticker control panel. Also you can't adjust display brightness to match the stove. Also the sticker has bubbles that are totally visible and and won't stick flush

Very pleased with our new microwave. Works well and has a great appearance.
The only thing I would suggest to Bosch, is that they backlight the selection panel. It would make selections easier in darker kitchens.

Powerful and beautiful looking.
During our remodeling, we decided to get an extraction over the roof, and even though this combo isn't as strong as a stand-alone hood would be, it is still strong enough for our use.
The microwave was a massive upgrade from our older version, and it took some time to get accustomed to it.

This is a functioning and very nice looking microwave. Have not used the bake feature, but that will come handy during the holidays. One thing annoying about this microwwave is that it has 5 vent levels, which is unnecessary and one has to push the button many times to turn the vent off. A high and a low level are sufficient.

I use my microwave as a glorified breadbox. I ordered the 800 series of appliances in black stainless and only had one option for the microwave. Didn't pay much attention to the details just clicked and it was delivered and installed. College kid came home and told us we can cook in it. I have actually used it in the convection mode to avoid turning on the oven or when we have an oven full of food. Who knew? I just thought the shiny inside was to match the outside. For the first time from the time a microwave was introduced into the house, in the 1980's, I have used it, just not in microwave mode but it is more than a breadbox again.

This microwave really does it all! When my salesman said just that, I truly had no idea. My 16 year old tested it & baked cookies. In. The. Microwave. Amazing. You don't have to heat up the kitchen. It's a breeze to keep the interior clean & it doesn't hang onto smells, like burnt popcorn. Truly worth the splurge for this microwave!

I love this microwave. It is a very attractive style and with limited space used for the function keys, the interior space is maximized. Very easy to control and operate. Love the sleek style and wonderful black stainless steel color.

I am learning new ways to cook with my new microwave. I got out the manual and read about some of the settings as this microwave has more to offer than my previous version. I have used a few of the features and am impressed so far. I really like the interior and exterior surfaces and the overall build quality of the machine. Looking forward to exploring more uses with this microwave

I love the looks of the Bosch black stainless. It heats well. The microwave is well made and I would recommend it. I have not used the convection feature yet. Some things I would suggest: 1.) The instruction for installation are poor. We followed them and had to redo the intallation of the metal rack that the microwave attaches to on the back wall. 2.) There should be a reminder sound so that once items in the microwave are done cooking, it reminds you that you haven't removed the item yet. 3.) Install the sticker on the inside frame of the microwave rather than having the customer install it. 4.) Have shortcut buttons for softening and melting butter rather than having to push numerous keys to accomplish the task.

The microwave is great. Works well. There are two things I believe could be approved upon. 1. Reminder beeps once food has completed cooking. I frequently put tea in the microwave and there is only one beep once done and I forget about it. 2. I loved buttons for chocolate melt and butter soften on my last microwave. Having to remember what buttons to push is difficult.
