Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

kind of big for a portable A/C i bought another that was more compact but decided to keep this one. Also pretty noisy compared to the other I got. But works great, cools down the whole room in about 2 minutes

The simple things in life....

Blazin Hazels 8/10/2024

I have to say I am impressed with this machine. What a great product for the price! Simple, straight forward instructions and care, but there's always room for improvement. I would give six stars if I was able, but in saying that....my system has been set up for a couple months now and for some reason. It would be the only time I rested the remote on top of the machine while in swing mode. Pick it up the next morning and it's not working. Replaced the batteries, let it sit and dry for a few days and still nothing. Hoping to get a replacement on the low low. The only other issue I had was the paneling that comes with the machine, that holds the exhuast hose to the window......It would've been great if it would've come with the hardware needed to install the paneling and actually I would suggest taking the paneling back to the drawing board, only for a bit. Anyways, great company and product. Thanks guys!

Great Just In Case or Summer Use AC

JoeFromVirginia 7/7/2024

For years I put off buying a portable air conditioner. Every summer it was the same thing, I would tell my wife we need a backup AC just in case. A few summers ago we lost power on a hot August day and we ended up sitting in front of a fan being powered by a portable generator. After experiencing a sweltering June, I finally decided the time was right to buy a portable AC. After comparing various units, I decided on the Haier QPCA10. Haier is a brand owned by GE Appliances. My experience with GE and Haier has always been positive. I owned a Haier deep freezer that lasted over 10 years before I replaced it. I own a GE refrigerator that is over 25 years old and still works flawlessly. I replaced an aging Frigidaire dishwasher with a GE dishwasher in 2022. Like every GE built appliance, the Haier QPCA10 is a well-built appliance that should provide many years of trouble free operation. Setting up the QPCA10 was a breeze as it comes fully assembled. I didn™€™t use the window panel, but opted to vent the exhaust hose through my fireplace instead. I saw a review that said the exhaust hose wouldn™€™t stay locked to the exhaust port, however I didn™€™t experience that issue. After hooking up the exhaust, plugging it in, pressing the reset button on the plug, pressing the power button the remote, and the QPCA10 was up and running. I tested the QPCA10 in a room that is approximately 350 square feet and it is fairly quiet and really blows cold. The louver opens to a stationary position when the AC is powered on, can be set to swing, and closes when the AC is powered off. I like how the QPCA10 has three different fan settings unlike many others I looked at. The remote is well laid out and easy to operate. The QPCA10 is self-evaporative which means that in most cases there™€™s no need to drain it. I bought the QPCA10 as a just in case backup in case of loss or power or worse. The QPCA10 uses 980 watts of power which makes it suitable for use with most medium sized portable generators. Priced just slightly more than comparable portable air conditioners that are only rated to cool 250 square feet, the QPCA10 is essentially a bargain. Walmart offers a 4-year protection plan which is also very reasonably priced. If you™€™re looking for a just in case portable AC or one for summer use, consider the QPCA10.

Works perfectly

Blurb13 5/16/2022

My house is seperated with a front half and a back half. The front half gets the most sun, and for some reason, my central AC just doesn™€™t reach that area well. It™€™s always way to hot in the summer in one of the bedrooms and hallway. I tried this out, since it™€™s such an easy fix. It™€™s simple to set up, just need a window for exhaust. It works wonders. It can get up to 120 degrees where I live (Mojave) So this really is a life saver. The room it™€™s in is now the most comfortable in the entire house. Such a simple solution to a major problem

This works great for our kitchen and living room. It doesn't quite reach the bedrooms, but gets all of the main living space. It cools very well. The only problem I have is with it being called portable. It is quite heavy.

Cools a room very quickly

JKSpring55 4/28/2022

1. It is very easy to set up. 2. It comes with all the accessories required to mount the exhaust on the window. 3. The outlet air vent has a automatic cover mechanism that covers the vent when turned off. 4. The included remote has all the necessary functions. 5. It™€™s very quiet for such a high capacity air conditioner. 6. It is very light weight and can be moved to desired places and it has wheels too. 7. It can be operated as an air conditioner, a dehumidifier and as a fan. It cools the room very quickly. 8. Cons: the wire is little short but can be mitigated by using any extension box.

My husband wants to get this for his garage now!! Haier has even backed up this amazing AC unit with a one year warranty, it™€™s just the best, you need this unit in your life!! I™€™m sorry I don™€™t have pics of it set up, my son hasn™€™t sent them yet™€¦

Does a great job!

Relee66 4/11/2022

We live near the coast and do not have central, but there are definitely days, and sometimes weeks, where having air conditioning would be great. This unit fills that need. It is small, but powerful and does a great job of chilling a room. It has a fairly small footprint, but does need to be vented. It runs quietly which is a plus. The set up was pretty easy and quick. We currently have it in a room that is smaller than what it is rated for, but plan on moving it to a larger area as the weather gets warmer. I™€™m feeling confident that it will work equally as well there!

Perfect!

Mellow Yellow 4/8/2022

This unit arrived on a day where the temp was 99 here in San Diego! So we were eager to set it up. Love the white sleek design with wheels so that it can be easily rolled anywhere in the house. When it was turned on you could immediately feel the cold blast! I was impressed with how quickly it cooled the room down and we have a medium sized living room with tall ceilings. It has different fan speeds and a built in dehumidifier. It also has a washable filter and there is no need for draining water, which makes this unit pretty easy to maintain. The LED display makes it easy to see the controls and manage. It was not noisy or rattling at all. Will be a lifesaver this summer!

Deserves more than 5 stars! Exceptional!

Sunshine67 4/8/2022

Living in Las Vegas every extra air conditioning helps first of all but Haier is top notch above any other brand out there! This portable 10,000 btu window unit is undeniably the best one I™€™ve ever had period! From unboxing to moving it with its easy to roll wheels into place under my window was a breeze. . I came with the window adjustments you may need but it™€™s designed for a 20x15 ish window. Cool more than a 350 square foot room quite nicely and it™€™s super quiet, I don™€™t even notice it™€™s running. I use it in my bedroom due to the fact it stays hotter in there during the summer months for some reason and I can use the amazing remote control that came with it if necessary. It has 3 speeds and the vents can be turned in different directions to your liking. You can preset it to come on and the same to shut off. Did I mention how much I love this product? The filter can be removed and washed out and reinstalled so you save money by not having to purchase more. I give this my product of the year!! #1. Great craftsmanship, great quality materials, great value, attention to detail! Warranty included! I highly recommend this product!

Great Portable AC Unit!

Desert_Dad 4/7/2022

Living in Arizona, we know a thing or two about air conditioning. With 7 months a year of temps between 100-120 degrees, air conditioning is a vital part of Arizona life. We picked up this Haier 10k BTU portable unit to help with cooling down our downstairs office. It is a fantastic unit! Ultra quiet for a portable unit and very easy to setup with the included window kit. We love that it is also a dehumidifier and that it comes with a remote to control the unit, which is great when working remotely. We can shut it off or turn it down while on conference calls, which was a big issue last summer with our previous unit. The upper vent moves to control the direction of the cold air which really helps to cool down a room fast. To be perfectly honest, this would probably cool down the entire downstairs if we set it up in the living room and let it run for a bit, and it™€™s a 2260sqft home. All in all, an excellent and well made unit. I would 100% recommend.
