This line is absolute junk! Nothing but problems one 3 year old appliances. This fridge has always made awful compressor noise and rattles. needed multiple ice makes. To the point that we turned it off and don™™t even use ice for it. And the cherry on top. The freezer couldn™™t keep temp so every thing became freezer Burnt. And now I just have a double fridge because the freezer won™™t go below 45 degrees. I purchased the warranty that this company recommends. Absolute trash. They have no service members in my area and are only willing to offer $192 gift card. So glad I dropped $4k on this stupid fridge all because it looked cute.

I received it 2 weeks later and I do like it however don't like that they did set it up for me. my husband out of town so I waited 2 days for him to come home. don't like I can't get the blue wrapping of around the water dispenser. still working on it but don' t want to scratch it.

This is absolutely positively the worst client I have ever owned. It cost a lot of money so we expected it to be top quality we were wrong. Thankfully, we had the warranty on it which covered the first 10 repairs. It is now out of warranty and we are facing a bill for another repair. I am confident at the repair rate if we do not have the warranty we probably would™™ve close to exceeded the original cost of the refrigerator and repair repairs.

So far, this refrigerator works very well for us. I was a bit surprised with the ice container that seemed a bit small compared to the one I had in another fridge. However, there is much more room available without a larger box. The chrome handles are much easier to keep clean and handle.

Love the frig, but after 6 days it stopped making ice. GE doesn't repair their products and sends you to a 3rd party vendor for repairs. After waiting around for 2 days they informed me today they have no one to repair my frig. Now I have to call GE to tell them no one will repair their appliance.

The refrigerator is attractive and cools well. However, the preset positions for the door shelves limit capacity. If I set the shelves to hold a bottle of wine the upper shed is so short I can fit very few items in it. The shelves on the door behind the ice maker are almost useless because they are so shallow. The vegetable/ fruit drawers are too small. The ice dispenser seems to throw ice out beyond a glass that is put under it.

Cannot give a complete review as we have not hooked up H20 features. Absolutely the best interior design I've ever had (I'm 60) I will always purchase counter depth from now on. Lite interior is fantastic- brightest ever! Sleek & attractive- cools & freezes as expected. The only issue we've had is not closing the bottom freezer drawer tightly enough & unknowingly frost starts to build up & enough so that it must be chipped off to close properly again- I will be monitoring this issue.

I bought this refrigerator new from Home Depot. The appliances were delivered before we were ready to move into our new home. Once we moved in we realized the fridge was not cooling properly. After 5 technicians, hours of setting on hold with GE we are still without a working refrigerator. This has been going on for about two months. Every time we call customer service says they do not have record of previous conversations. This is ridiculous when you pay $4,000 for a new appliance. Buyer BEWARE!!!!

I™™ve had this three months and so far everything is working great. It replaces a GE Profile that lasted 14 years. I didn™™t need the ™smart™ part but I could only get this model in a timely manner. I do like that is light and bright inside and the water dispenser lets you know how many ounces you are getting. The dispenser is better designed than other brands and my old GE as well. It fits large water bottles and the tray pulls out to set it on. Beautiful refrigerator.

Beautiful fridge, love all features! The color matte black is not a true black, it is more charcoal or slate than black! Online it looks like a true black, so was a surprise when it got delivered to see charcoal or a slate color! It doesn™™t fit the color scheme in my kitchen as I was expecting it to. Bottom line , pictures on line for the matte black color are deceiving, it™™s not black!! Other than that , beautiful refrigerator , with great features and everything works great!

The first refrigerator that we received had bad seals on the freezer drawer, and the refrigerator/freezer couldn't ever reach cold enough temperatures to keep food cold. It seemed as if we were given a rebuilt model because it didn't even come with an owner's manual. Home Depot readily assisted in delivering a replacement, but it was three weeks later! We didn't have a refrigerator for the entire three weeks, and I found that to be unacceptable. The replacement refrigerator has worked just fine. It reached maximum cool temps within an hour or two. We haven't had any problems with the replacement, and love the fingerprint proof matte black finish.

The look of the refrigerator is nice. Still has some of the plastic the fridge came in that is very tough to come out. Little pieces are very noticeable and even used tweezers to try and get out with no luck. The doors take some effort to close. I find myself pushing and having to go back and push harder for it to close. The ice dispenser seems to get ice everywhere.
